#6085 Refined Fool Ontario Craft Lager (Canada) Kicking off Australia Day with this beaut of a crispy from Sarnia, ON’s Refined Fool. Coming in at 4.5%, it pours clear with a foamy head and a biscuity nose, the body is crisp and clean as expected, some light bitterness alongside some grassy notes, it’s sweet yet balanced, rounded and smooth, there’s something going on here that I don’t love but it’s not ruining the experience, and it all ends in a slightly dry, bitter finish.
