#6499 À La Fût x Gallicus Série IPA Western #3 (Canada) I missed the second one in this series (it literally exploded in the mail), so I’m glad I got the latest. Cuvée Western is blended with Gallicus’ Freya, a lactose IPA with Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado. Coming in at 7.5%, it pours hazy with a foamy head and tart nose, it’s thick and creamy with the lactose sweetness shining through, the tangy, tart and tangy vibes compliment the tropical hop notes, it’s citrusy with tons of lemon, smooth and refreshing with a dusty finish.
