65Si2MnWA spring steel
65Si2MnWA is a hypoeutectoid semi martensitic advanced spring steel with high yield strength, elastic limit, and fatigue limit after heat treatment. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of aircraft springs, etc.
With the continuous development of the aviation industry, the demand for tensile springs made of this material is constantly increasing. Due to the requirements of standards such as HB3-56 for 65Si2MnWA springs, they need to undergo a heating, loading, and aging treatment at 120 ℃ for 7 hours After the effect, the gap of the spring coil exceeds the tolerance, which cannot guarantee the standard requirement of ≤ 0.1 mm, and also causes the free length of the spring to not meet the design requirements, resulting in the spring being scrapped.
The manufacturing process for the tensile spring of 65Si2MnWA material is as follows: Material requisition → lathe worker → tempering → fitter → heat treatment → physical and chemical delivery → inspection → fitter → tempering → inspection → aging → inspection → sand blowing → inspection → surface treatment → aging → inspection.
