#6828 Dominion City Between Two Evils (2020) (Canada) Wrapping up the evening with this classic bourbon barrel-aged stout from DC. As always, the 2020 version comes in at 11%, it pours jet black with an espresso head and star anise and liquorice on the nose, the body is decadent and thick, the bourbon hits heavy up front alongside vanilla oaky vibes, it’s roasty with bitter dark chocolate notes, great carb, hella smooth and warming, some molasses elements, wrapping in a dry, sticky finish.
