Sixth course: White chocolate egg (coconut cremeaux, liquid passion fruit, peanut & chilli foam) (video to follow) And here we have it my fellow foodies - the piece de resistance - one of the BEST desserts I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. It was almost too perfect to eat but then that perfection continued when I started eating this. It was art on a plate and it was like the "paint" created a taste sensation in my mouth to the point where my tastebuds were doing backflips, the food angels were singing & the fairies were doing the happy dance on my tongue. This dish made me smile, made me happy....no it made me giddy with joy. The cremeaux was sweet & then add in the tartness of the passionfruit - the combination was pure brilliance. Oh to be a food taster @_la_mouette - now thats a job I would happily do lol. Once again to the chef - THANK YOU THANK YOU - this was a fantastic end to what was an amazing food journey over 6-courses.
