Currently blaring music in the empty locker room finishing my pre workout

Day 15
Which was yesterday-
Went pretty well I think I ate closer to 1300 calories bc apperently chick fil a sauce is a 100 calories yall- had no idea.
But my workout was awesome- the crossfit coach said "legs are lookin strong baby" so that was awesome
Day 16 is a rest day- I wanted to run but it's raining , and I have work .
I do what I can!
Left: start at 156.6lbs . Middle : now at 154.4
No way to tell if this is just water weight or fat but I think my stomach looks different so whatever lol p> My moms scale that readya body fat says I went from 30.6% to 29.9% so that's awesome
Day 14
Crushed my workout today -
Got super super sweaty and even got my coaches attention
You know you're doing something right when somebody says "what're you on"
Been hitting my calories ever since Oklahoma. I'm only in the second week of thing thing
It's not easy you know- you wanna live life and just say "fuck calories". But yet you have goals to meet.
You go to bed hungry and force yourself to drink water and eat slower ...
I'd give myself a C or a B- for week 2 just bc of Oklahoma. A - for week one. Here comes week 3
Day 7
Pretty sure I went over my calories yesterday but there is honestly no way to check because I'm on a weekend trip!
Oh well- doing the best I can and I'll get back on track when I get back
Day 6
Woo one week! I ran for thirty minutes today but I don't think I'll be able to lift because I am going on a road trip!
I know that fat loss is mostly related to caloric intake/ diet so I'm not too worried about not lifting.
I probably won't update my weight until Day 10 which is when I will be back in town. But I plan on sticking to the diet and once I get where I am going - finding a gym and crushing some workouts
Day 5
CHEAT MEAL WOO
i had my cheat meal and I'm pretty sure I went over 1600 cals bc I also had alcohol
Oh well. It's just one day and for every day until the next cheat day I'll be eating 1200.
I've heard of someone who lost 26lbs in six weeks doing what I'm doing and my goal is just 15lbs so I feel like I'll be okay and also I HAD FUN. I DONT DRINK OFTEN. STRAWBERRY MARGARITAS AND TEQUILA SHOTS ❤️
