Finally back to working out! I think my sinuses have finally calmed down enough for me to breath properly. Officially started Week 5 of the WORK. Push never ceases to, well, push you. Got in isometrics before lunch. My muscles were shaking by round 3, let alone round 4. I used my chin-up max for the iso-chair holds...and my arms were still burning! So glad I bought one! Strength and Power...and didn’t realize I needed it. Sinuses have been killing me today. But taking meds and felt amazing after working out. The hanging ab work was harder than I expected, and the leg lifts I kept swinging no matter what I did. Excited that my chin-up max finally came in! Full Body Tempo...and I made the attempt at using my bar today. Was way more difficult than doing the modified, by far! I used to be able to hang and do knee-up when I was in gymnastics (talking about 20 years ago). My everything was burning throughout this workout.
