The Seven Card Spread
This is a very old but not so popular spread it’s a mixture between a Seven Star and Horseshoe Spread. This is how I learned it, however. This is a good spread it’s detailed but not too long. It’s good if the querent who has a question or doesn’t.
The Distant Pass - This card is usually up to 3-6 years ago but could be longer. This card is a memory or experience that is influencing your current decision or actions at the moment. The querent may not even be aware of it’s influence. It’s usually seen as a distant lesson learned.
Immediate Past - Could be a span between a year or a few months. It’s something that’s hovering in the back of the mind because the event or memory is quite fresh. It has a great deal of influence on your decision making at the moment.
Present Influences - As usual this is your environment. People, job, or family that is influencing you at the moment. Their influence can be either good or bad. Take heed on what the card is at the moment.
Present Obstacles - This is an obstacle that usually the querent is aware of or might be soon aware of. It could be anything to money troubles, other people’s influences, to job, travel, or death.
Present Outlook - This is usually the querent’s frame of mind. Their thought process of what is now and the future could be. Their outlook is important because it can have an impact on how they will perceive or deal with what’s to come.
Future Influences - Just like Present Influences this something that will happen in the future can be a span to weeks, but usually, it’s 3 months to a year. Like the Present, it could be good or bad, it usually cannot be prevented.
Ultimate Result - This is exactly what it seems. This is usually something that is going to happen in the future similar to the distant past. Usually, this card is something that can’t change for when the events that happen leading up to it the querent is too caught up at their present and has forgotten about the warning the card has foretold.
