No Time to Workout? Not Anymore!
I've been doing the 7-minute workout for 2-weeks now after a 2-month exercise hiatus. This is legit. The first three or four times going through the exercises I thought my heart was going to explode. Two weeks in and it still gets my heart rate elevated and I'm exhausted upon completion.
The 7-Minute workout is based on the concept of high-intensity interval training. It focuses on specific muscle groups and rotates exercises (without repeating) in a 30 second on - 10 second off interval. Trust me, it is much harder than you expect.
If you struggle to find time for the gym, consider introducing this to your morning routine. I start about 5-minutes after I get out of bed, before I shower. By the time I've finished the routine, I'm awake and ready to go.
