#7092 Third Moon Birthday Bestowed (2nd Anniversary) (Canada) Keeping with the anniversary vibe, I’m getting into the second batch of Birthday Bestowed from the lords at Third Moon. Coming in at 11%, this is an imperial pastry stout with chocolate cake, chocolate, sprinkles and lactose, it pours jet black with a minimal tan head and a sweet, chocolatey nose, it’s hella sticky and smooth, not overly boozy at all, the sweetness isn’t too much, there’s some bitter dark chocolate vibes, there’s a slight touch of vanilla, it’s very drinkable for the ABV, big and cakey, wrapping in a chocolatey, warming finish.
