#7335 Banks Toasted (Australia) Big Beer Wednesday! Big ups @danprior and @tim.l.peel for this one! This is an 8.2% Porter with oats, lactose and a ton of toasted coconuts from Melbourne legends Banks (onya Chris), and it’s a beaut. Tiff says she can smell it from the other side of the room, so it’s fragrant af. It pours dark brown with an off-white head and a sweet chocolatey nose, it’s creamy and smooth with some deep, dark chocolate vibes, the coconut rides the middle perfectly while the chocolate malts provide a big base for it all, it’s sweet and balanced with a dusty, chocolate finish.
