The last day of my #7daysofcats belongs to my trouble maker Twinkie. He likes to push our buttons, but his smiling face makes up for the hassle. This attractive silver tiger is today’s feature for my #7daysofcats. Squeaker likes to be mischievous, she’ll run up to me and claw at my pants. Her favourite thing is going through our garbage can in the bathroom, and taking out the Q-tips. They are apparently a great toy for all the cats, when she’s not trying to chew on cords. Today’s #7daysofcats is for my Princess Midnight. This cuddly girl purrs really loud, and she won’t stop even while she sleeps. Often she is the distraction if the other cats are doing something they shouldn’t be. Se loves doing summer salts, and lifting her butt in the air while going into cute mode. Today’s #7DaysOfCats is for the sweet, affectionate Athena. We adopted her last year after she was abandoned on my in-laws yard. She greets me everyday with kisses, head rubs, and trills, she pops up onto the kitchen table every time we enter the room (like a video game vender trying to sell you stuff). She took to motherhood so naturally, I love watching her interact with the other cats in the house. I cherish every moment I spend with her, she always brings a smile to my face. #catsofinstagram #catsoftheinternet #Cats #TabbyCats

Day 2 of my #7DaysOfCats is for my affectionate mainecoon Mittens. Originally when we adopted him, I was looking for a female kitten. Saw this smiling fluff ball on Kijiji, and sent out an email. He became instant buddies with my husband, always wanting to be healed like a little baby by him. In my mind, we rescued him from the flea infested hell he came from, and I know he is forever grateful to be part of our family. Mittens likes his attention, and can become a tad aggressive in order to get it. He’s the first cat I’ve ever known that throws temper tantrums when he doesn’t get his own way. I dedicate my #7DaysOfCats to my polydactyl Stud Simba. His many toes, and giant stature sets him apart from all the cats I’ve loved over the years. He’s been my main man for 13 years (sorry @josephbreer). He and I look out for each other, I look forward to his cuddles everyday. I’m so lucky to have been chosen to be this guys human. Simba gives me constant love eyes and head nods as if to say “How you doing?” This cat is my pride and joy, and he knows he’s adorable.
