Japanese Curry is one of those foods that doesn't look good without food styling. LOL. This tastes so good but I wish it had more meat; they could have added some ground meat. It was good. It satisfied my craving. This is from their Chef Creations line in collaboration with Rico's Lechon: Lechon Dinuguan. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dinuguan is usually made with pork innards but not everyone eats those, including me. This was made from pork meat with bits of fat. Dinuguan, which comes from the word "Dugo", means Blood. It is basically pork blood stew cooked with spices and vinegar. It doesn't look and sound appetizing but it's really good.
