Quick note for the few people who still pay attention to my little blog, despite my sporadic participation for the last month or so (more on that at another time). I have a few BAFTA TV voters/nominees in my personal life and while I was in London recently, I jokingly mentioned voting for Benedict for Richard III and they informed me that voting is done in one round only. It’s not like other awards where there is a nomination round, and then everyone votes again before the big show, it’s just one round of balloting, and the top vote getters are announced as “nominees” even though the winners have already been tabulated. Sooooo, keep that in mind this week before the show on Sunday.
