For a hitomi doujin, this one is a bit pwp but I really like it anyway. Basic premise is that Erwin isn’t enjoying sex with Levi that much since it seems to be painful for him, but then he realizes that actually Levi’s just hiding how much he’s enjoying it so Erwin’s like ‘well, guess I better make it so he can’t hide it’ XD. What I love about hitomi is how masculine she keeps both of the eruris. Levi is often portrayed as very waify and effeminate but he’s actually solid and muscular. I think artists sometimes can get lost in the seme/uke dynamic, but hitomi is always very respectful to the original source and can keep Levi in character even when he’s coming apart sexually. This one is an interesting exploration of the Ackerbond before the Ackerbond was even an established thing. It’s about Levi struggling with his own injury and how he feels as though he has no utility to Erwin outside of his fighting ability. I love seeing Levi so open and devoted to Erwin, and I love Erwin being so loving and receptive. There is one moment in this one that is quite ooc for Erwin (namely Erwin hurting Levi on purpose to protect him?) which actually almost made me not include this on the rec list, but I think it’s handled well and the good outweighs the bad here. I also sort of like the contrast with this one and hitomi in terms of waify lithe Levi XD
