Yesterday was the last day of month 1 of 7squared. What i've found over the past month is that sometimes it takes me almost the whole 7 minutes to get into that listening space...only to have it "interrupted" by my mindfulness bell. Other times, i snap right into listening mode. Originally, i thought it was proportional to stress (high stress = long time to settle into listening mode)...then, perhaps time of day? i can't conclusively say one way or the other.
What i do know is that daily listening forces me to step outside & remind myself of my place in Gaia's larger system.

Well, iteration 3 was a complete bust. i think i listened twice? It was refreshing to listen again today, to stop the bedlam that is finals week, at least for awhile.
