There will be people who put you down and make you feel like you are not worth it; sometimes the closest people can hurt us the most. It is easier said than done but above all, have heart. Find it in you to forgive and focus on being a better person. Glutes aren't strong enough, hands need to go in further for a deeper backbend and clearly a lot of work to come back up properly. But today I hesitated, then abandoned my fears despite a chronic sore lower back, and dropped down without the support of the teacher.
