8-week experience - Day 3

IF you think about the DFT patch is wearable nutrition...that’s pretty cool. - random side note. Feeling awesome today! Again went with both capsules immediately when I woke up and it kicked in with about 10 minutes I said. I worked from home and made the, what I thought was a mistake by putting on the DFT path before showering. I found out today they stick on even after a 15-minute shower.

The appetite suppressant is working wonders. I had maybe one craving this afternoon between dinner and lunch!! It was great! A friend of mine is sending me some of the purple DFTs....I will be definitely sporting those on my forearm this weekend.
