I had written a note to self on this day. However, I had to edit it to make it a bit more sensible to the reader. Corrected note from the 8th of Jan 2020, here goes :
Things at home went out of control when I intervened a sibling situation between my son and daughter. I talked and talked. All this happened in the evening. The result of all that talking was an agitated mind.
The good part about the meditation session was that wonderful sensation of light and brightness. I kept telling myself through the session that it was the door of our bedroom opening that was making me sense brightness. I checked the two times this happened. Both times it was the light within my shut eyes.
The door to our bedroom was shut and all light from the kitchen that could have streamed in, never did. Also, I meditated until my breath disappeared. That suspended breath is totally worth the meditation struggle. This is how I closed the writing that night - “ I am utterly lost with how I am placed with my family but this inner growth is beautiful. “

The beautiful moon caught my eye on the way home.
Oggi ho intravisto tua madre in macchina, e istintivamente ho preso il telefono per scriverti “Amore, ho visto tua mamma”, ma solo dopo mi sono ricordata di non avere più nessun diritto per farlo, quindi, dopo un’extrasistole, ho posato il telefono, e ho continuato ad ascoltare la mia musica.
