When you don't see a transformation....take a 📸! I started this difficult journey in January this year and it had been the most difficult thing to stick to. ANYTHING that is worth it will be difficult! I have never had as much energy as I do now and on top of it all I've lost inches!!!!! 87 to be exact!! 🙌🙌🙌 I honestly thought that this was a waste of time but after I was encouraged to look at pictures from the last several month's...I am just completely BLOWN AWAY! 87 INCHES!!!!
