I have been so miserable this week, but I'm doing the shit and eating the food anyways. Wednesday dinner was a bit of a slip of, but I made up for it. Since Wednesday, I've had all my snacks and meals. I've definitely needed the accountability from the program and the RC's at the apartments, but I've done a pretty good job. Today I had my afternoon snack and dinner without being prompted. (However I will say that my afternoon snack was an hour late bc avoidance).
Last year during this time my mindset was so different. I was in such a bad place mentally and it was affecting me in so many ways. I didn’t have the motivation to do anything or I would do the bare minimum just to get by the day. I’m so thankful and grateful for the people in my life that helped me
