TIME MANAGEMENT

Duration: Zero minutes of meditation

Depth:

Along with proper seating, I may have to add another hour of meditation to my new lifestyle. An additional hour at a different time, other than the usual just-before-nightly-sleep hour.

My 12 year old daughter has behaved with greater intelligence yesterday than me. While the grown ups ate late, she clicked on a guided meditation. When the grown ups wrapped up, she was ready to sleep. I could have done something similar. I could have meditated at an unusual hour, knowing that it is going to be a long day. But, I didn’t. Not ok.
