I'm impressed so far. I replaced my xeon headlights with these in a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. I still need to adjust the lenses for better aim of the beams. The light patterns are not the exact same, but they are close. Adjusting might be able to fix some of that, but, at -1 degrees... not happening right now! These are far brighter than what I had, when I hit the high beams on, I can see almost double what I was seeing before. If you have a retainer ring like my lenses do, you need to remove the collar. The o-ring removes easily. if you can, pay attention to which side the notches are on, since you had two 180 degree set points. Also, pay attention to your headlight lenses! Some of them have runners designed to fit in the grooves of collars. You MUST align these collars and the lamp orientations to get the collars to twist lock in. They look like a Y, check fit the pattern on the collar verses the lens mounting! As far as the fans go, I checked the lamps BEFORE installing. To make sure the 9007 LEDS and fans are working. The fans... well, they are very quiet. You won't hear them over my 3" glass pack. LOL. If your car was a high end luxury car, you might hear these, but I doubt it. Time will tell if they last. But for the nearly the same cost as top 9007 led sets available locally, these are a major upgrade. I do wish they were about 3,000 lumens brighter. Oh, if you have a CAN BUS system, no worries. I have had no lamp out warning issues, no flickering, no shutting off. I will update this in time should there be a need to. So far, 24 hrs of night driving, love them!
