Hydra scientists decide that the way to get a beefier, more aggressive Winter Soldier is to boost his testosterone levels. They get that, but also a Winter Soldier who is MAD HORNY. Consistently distracted, rubbing up on everything & everyone...it becomes a problem quickly, but STRIKE sees it as an opportunity. At first. They start gangbanging the Asset after missions to wear him out. Much of the time this works nicely; the techs note that he's coming back much calmer, though the rest of the team has bruised pelvises and hand cramps. But sometimes the Asset wears the team out instead: they're all exhausted and he is STILL HORNY.
