Make sure the water is boiling first before putting the egg in. Wait: Medium egg- 4 min (soft cooked) - 12 min (hard) Large egg- 5 min (soft cooked) - 17 min (hard)

tomatoes (chopped)

peas

crack eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper

whisk eggs until medium (?) not too fluffy but not too thick either

add chopped tomatoes or peas

pour into a bowl (regular ceramic bowl) and put the bowl into a larger wot with water (water level is about 1/3 of the bowl), cover the larger one with the appropriate cover

steam until ready
