♒ : phobia headcanon.
he's slightly androphobic, actually! specifically cismen in positions of power. the prospect of having to deal with squad leaders or drill instructors or commanders is something that's a little daunting. he can usually power through, depending on what it is he needs to talk to them about.

HE LIKES TO SING-A. his voice ain't that bad. its most a comfort / memory thing. his family is, as a whole, one of those whistle-while-you-work families. someone was always humming or whistling at the very least.
♤ : ' dislike ' headcanon.
tommy really sort of doesn't like when people don't think shit through. like he sees people around him fuck things up and he just -- " hey! this could have been avoided! ". its a sort of assholish and hypocritical habit he has that's not always voiced. however, his irritation at this has led to him thinking through his own decisions when he can.
☄ : weather headcanon.
okay this is a modern AU / refocillated headcanon. i have tommy as nineteen in that AU, but he ends up going through school for meteorology and lands a job consulting on a radio show. he's really fascinated by the weather and the sky and everything up there ( for a sort of messed up reason; before he was reincarnated, the sky was really the last thing he saw ). he storm chases. in a fic i wrote about twenty-four year old tommy, he says something like " my life is basically the sky and all the scary stuff that comes down from it ".
