Gikwang eyes were burning in obvious rage, he sat by the girl and pointed at the bd in his hand. “Are you kidding me?! You’re saying, once again that Little mermaid, the disney one is better than marvel’s spider man?!” he asked with a bit too loud noise, almost as if growling at the girl who couldn’t stop laughing at his face. She rested against the couch and played the movie, ignoring completely his question. He sighed and moved in front of the tv.
The house was filled with people that day — yet by filled I mean around 5 people. Dongwoon and Gikwang had invited some friends over just to chill and in between of the chats, Tate had mention, once again how disney princesses were better than spider man.
"How dare you ignore me?!" he asked and growled, moving lazily in front of the tv not allowing her to watch the tv, squinting his eyes at her as he would whine a bit louder. "Tate!!"
"What Gikwang?!" she moved her sight to him, finally. Yet, she was still laughing at him. He picked the BD and pointed at it, and she simply shrugged one shoulder and sticked her tongue out. “I have no regrets. Princess over Spidey.”
The tall man kept on packing his clothes inside the large bag that was on top of the bed, his eyes were swollen, definitely showing he had been crying. The bag no longer had hold of the clothes, making him frustrated, "Fucking.." the tall man mumbled, his tears soon were starting to run down his cheeks, as he tried hardly to fit all the clothes in the bag, as if he was place his pain there.
"Dongwoon.." a voice was heard as a shorter guy entered the room, hesitation was evident in his voice, his hands— no, his whole body was still shaking. He had tears in his cheeks as well, his hand soon turned into a fist as he got no reply. He hated when he was ignored, in fact, he hated when he wanted to hear someone’s voice and he’d get silence. No word, no full sentence. No look. He took some steps near the tall one and held his wrist, despite all his pride, he couldn’t afford to lose the only one who made him happy. "Dongwoon, please listen to me."
“I’m not listening." his voice was sharp as a knife, the other had been warned about it. He knew the day Dongwoon would get mad at him, things would get terrible and as expected he didn’t know how to act, what to say, what to do to make the other calm down. Obviously, if it was the other way around, stuff would be alright by now. That’s how it worked. Dongwoon was the anchor, the savior, the good one and Gikwang was the one to expect bad things to happen. In his mind that is. & this time, it was only proving how right he was. How he would mess up.
Dongwoon held the bag which was not closed and pushed Gikwang out of his sight, walking to the front door. Kwang’s heart soon turned into a weaker beat, as he watched the other walk away from, without thinking twice he ran after him, his arms were moved around his body and his head hid in his back, as a sob killed the silence. “Don’t leave me, don’t leave me Dongwoon… don’t leave me.” his voice was desperate, his grip would get tighter around his fiance, who was simply standing there, holding his bag quite tightly. “Dongwoon please.. you said you’d handle me, please don’t leave me. I’m so sorry. Don’t go, please, please I beg you. Don’t leave me alone, I love you so much.” Gikwang would beg, that’s all he could do. Beg. Beg for his fiance to stay by his side. For him not to leave. For him to stay, to love him. “You promised.."
"You betrayed my trust. I don’t wanna be near you."
"I already explained it wasn’t like that, he was the one who kept saying shit and he— he— he suddenly kissed me! I pushed him away, I swear to God. I swear I didn’t want him to do that. Please, I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’ll never talk to him again." yet, those words only woke the rage on Woon’s heart again, he let go of Gikwang’s touch and walk to the door, leaving the other standing there in tears, only watching him leave. "I— Goodbye." hesitantly he opened the door and made his way out, slamming the door afterwards. And once again, silence took over the house.
"Byun Baekhyun, stop." a hint of annoyance was obvious in Gikwang’s voice, Baekhyun was doing it again. He was nervous and instead of letting the short one calm him down he’d get more pissed, even though the other had no fault in whatever was happening.
"Calm down." he said again, reaching his back to pat it but he’d only get snap at, over and over again. "Don’t touch me, you little fuck." a sigh would be heard leavin’ the other lips, frustration was obvious when all he wanted to do was help, yet at the same time his smile was still in his lips. Watching Baekhyun being pranked was the best thing that had happened all week.
"C’mon, you can’t actually be mad at that forever." Gikwang said, trying to make the other calm down, his face soon moved to the short one, making a annoyed face and soon repeating the others word, obviously upset and annoyed at it. "c’mon you can’t actually be mad at that forever, but now you’re the boss of me or what? Did you see what you guys did to me?”
"Yes I did, that’s why I laughed so hard. C’mon it was hilarious Baekhyun, just admit it. Besides you’re engaged now, so let’s just go back in the room." he said pointing to the door with his thumb. Yet the other was still raging. Raging of fury and at the same time, nervous. He was nervous.
"I thought he was breaking up with me. Do you know how scared I was?" he spoke, instead of harsh, his voice was now shaken. The real reason why he was upset was finally showing, Kwang sat on the counter of his kitchen watching him talking. "I mean.. fuck.. I’m freaking engaged, I lost my world and gained it in a second. Why the fuck would you do that to me?"
"Because I wanna be your best man, and this way I’m sure I’ll be."
"Yes Jiyong, because the first thing I was thinking of doing in the morning was leaving my house and scream out loud that we—" the sound of a door opening and lights being turned on, made Gikwang shut up. Even though Jiyong rolling his eyes at him, was something that soon would make him shut up as well. Despite most things and how they were so close, Jiyong was still his hyung and if anything he had to keep respect for him.
"Shit were we caught?" Gikwang whispered and Jiyong simply pulled him behind the bed, turning his face around to see if someone was coming into the room. His sight moved from the semi closed door to Kwang, who was looking at him with a somewhat irritated face. "What—?" Jiyong asked. With no feeling expressed in his word, which only made Gikwang want to jump on him and growl, like a dog— or a lion, let’s make it a lion since he’s cool like that.
"What do you mean, what?!" he whispered, yet it was a whisper yell. You know, those whispers when you can obviously see someone wanted to yell instead of whispering, but for obvious reasons they couldn’t —- but that’s besides the point. Jiyong simply moved his hand near the younger’s cheek and hit him, it was a diva type of slap. “Snap out of it. We’re good. Don’t worry. No one will caught us. Stop.”
The light soon was turned off and the door closed, both men relaxed as soon as they realized they were alone once again, yet, after some fifteen minute, Gikwang turned to the older and whined. “Yah, hyung! Why would you slap me?!”
" ‘Cause you were almost giving away that we were here. What if Taehwa saw us? If he knows we ruined his Channel watch, we’re screwed."
"Or his bracelets from Givenchy…"
"We even ruined his perfume—.." a hint of guilt was obvious in Jiyong’s voice. But then again why would both grown up men play around with swods, pretending to be in Pirates of Caribbean, because yes, ‘aye aye captain' was indeed a great quote but at the same time was the one who broke Taehwa's favorite perfume.
"Hey you rich, you can buy us tickets to Australia, let’s just run away."
Hesitation was taken for a moment, before Jiyong nodded with confidence. “Let’s do this.”
Gikwang sighed as he sat near the girl, her head was dropped low and her hair would cover her face completely, not really letting him see much. He knew she had been crying, in fact, he knew she’d cry once again, until she’d fall asleep. Even if she’d always try to hide it.
"And by that you mean?" he whispered. Everyone knew what a big dumb guy he was, words weren’t his fort. But he still looked forward to try and understand what ever people would tell him daily. Seeing her in that chaos, was something he didn’t appreciate either. The past few days were a bit bad for her, full of problems, fights and in the end, Elly feeling extremely tired. With no ther escape, but to isolate herself. Even though, this time she had looked for her friend.
"Hey now.." he was at lost of words. As usual, he didn’t know what to say. She was the one who always knew how to cheer him up, while when she was sad, all he could ever do was hesitate, ponder on his words and perhaps do something stupid, stupid enough to cheer her up.
His hand reached her hair, pulling it, in a sweet manner, backwards to let him see traces of her face, a smile soon hovering his lips whilst his hand would make his way back to her face, wiping the tear that was falling. “A little evil always has a little good by his side, isn’t part of life? Ying and Yang or whatever?” he laughed a bit and raised his brows as he expected at least a smile.
Her eyes made their way up, finding his looking at her, she stared for a short time before laughing a bit. His brows furrowed wondering why she was laughing. “Y-yah, why are you laughing?”
"Your lips… they are really big … once —" she burst into laughs again and without thinking much about it he laughed along with her, nudging her side lightly and shaking his head.
It wasn’t much ‘till Gikwang decided to take his eyes from the computer screen. The little woman had finally awaken, which honestly was great to know. Not that he’d mind having a woman sleeping in his recording room, but it was better to have her awake. It would only be terrible if his members would catch him with a woman, or even worse, paparazzi.
"Apparently you did." he spoke in a rather cold distant tone, he didn’t really know how to interact with her, the fact he didn’t know her much was affecting all of his words. Besides she could even think he was planning to do something with her, or her body. Which, obviously, wasn’t part of Gikwang’s plans.
"How did I even end up here?" she whispered, standing up a bit uneasy, stumbling in front of him, making him quickly get up as well to hold her arm, making sure she wouldn’t hurt herself. His grin grew a bit more at how she was acting & at the memories of the past event, the reason of why she was in the recording room. "Let’s just say you were lucky, I was around." he whispered and helped her sit down once again, taking only some steps back to get a bottle of water, handing it to her.
"You see, last night.. on your cafe, near cubeent? You were playing your piano on stage… and I fear after that you drank a little too much.." he clicked his tongue as he realized it might sound wrong, so stopped for a moments, only to re-think the way he was approaching her with words.
"I somehow followed you— when you walked off…" he watched her eyes grow a bit bigger, showing her expression of shock and perhaps fear. Her sight moved around the room, stopping by the door before moving back to him, locking her gaze with his, as her voice turned a bit shaky. "Wha-what happened?"
“Well, you passed out. So I brought you here. Couldn’t take you home ‘cause I don’t know where you live, besides I had work. So I brought you here with me. So don’t be scared I won’t do anything.”
