Legacy of Letters 2016 workshop - This year the Legacy of Letters will consist of a letterpress workshop combined with cooking lessons. Both will take place at the Tipoteca Italiana Fondazione in Cornuda, just northwest of Venice, from July 9 to 16. The workshop—entitled Tipo Cibo Vino (Type Food Wine) will be led by Peter Kruty and Sayre Gaydos of Peter Kruty Editions and the cooking lessons will be taught by Cristina Colle, the chef at Le Corderie, the restaurant at the Tipoteca. Along with the workshop and cooking lessons there will be visits, led by Sandro Berra, to local artisanal producers of cheese, wine and other foods. The workshop is limited to 12 people.
