My mood depends a lot upon my surroundings (unfortunately) i understand there are things which we try to avoid but they still bother us somewhere. I'm not an expert here but I would just suggest choose a surrounding where you're treated well and which you think is right for you, be where you want to be and not where people want you to be, YOU DO YOU and try not to give a damn about what people think. Life isn't stable, we just have to live with it. Also, tryna do things which interests you and then you might be contented with yourself and care less about the surroundings. And dw, you're doing good enough. (avoid toxicity, get good sleep, be optimistic, listen to music you like, watch your fav movie, just do whatever you love)
