5 Questions with Bleszt ______________________ What motivates you? My struggle motivates me, each new day is extra motivation! Also watching my peers climb higher up this ladder of success inspires me as well. Helps me to look forward, not back, and up instead of down. What's the best part of what you do? EVERYTHING, but the best part would have to be "knowing" that my fans and listeners worldwide get to hear and enjoy my finished product (record/compilation) for a lifetime. What most inspiring thing a listener of your music told you? I was chatting with a fan I had just met randomly in the airport who told me how much he admired my work since the myspace days. When we both began heading our ways, he said to me, quote on quote "You gonna be the savior of Newark." Does a specific state of mind or mood generate your best work? Any mood can generate my best work, the mood just needs to be strong, and fierce. I doubt feeling confident is a mood, but thats the mind state Im in when I create most of my greatest records. What's next for yourself? Besides dropping 3 more mixtapes before the end of 2014, performing at AfropunkFest and working on my EP due to drop Early Spring 2015. Im just doing the same thing I've been doing. Going full force, staying consistent and remaining loyal to my talent.
