i woke up feeling like a weight of sand bags on all of my joints pressing an inevitable pain to force myself over and around that obstacle.
Finally out of bed and down the stairs,”click, clack.” my ankle just popped and bone on bone is grinding in my foot. just ten more steps.
hit the coffee maker and inhale a sign of relief.
jack be nimble jack be quick get sterile for shot day, hurry up the stairs and get in the shower. forgot my pants down stairs damnit.
water is on ankles and hips are popping, muscles are tight and sore, stretch.
swivel chair, #FactorIIIV ready. entered the sticker into logbook breath.
pick and choose an easy vian since i am so sore. left arm center vian.
foot starts to straighten inhales a sigh of relief and continues to infuse.
done click goes the needle, on goes the gauze, hold for two minutes and watch the clock on the window seal while the birds dance in the tree. self bandage then sweat band to cover up.
back down the stairs to coffee and lunch
