🐞 - The beetle boy in the flesh (or would it be chitin?), right here for you to love and sometimes be poked by his mandibles. He's one of those people that find themselves in the elevator that most would laugh if he tells them he has a partner, and a pretty sweet one if he's allowing himself to be soft.

💰 - He's not particularly too keen on buying things for you or himself usually, but this rule gets immediately discarded if it's something you genuinely want. I mean genuinely want, he'll make an assortment of faces that seem to be in annoyed contemplation before he eventually pulls the trigger and buys it for you. Usually outside of those circumstances he makes something for you, trying to make something he thinks you would like.

🔩 - If you're in the elevator when Pest hops off of the subway, he's pretty surprised at first before he leans into being less on edge and more relaxed. His shoulders don't shrink into himself as much with your presence by his side, he might even allow himself to get close to you so at the very least your fingers can touch.

🖤 - The elevator opened up with a ding, Pest's hooded form shuffling into the cramped space before the doors could shut him out of it. The steady rumble of the elevator moving, up and down blending together after so long on the ride. The blur of movement, going from up and down so consistently really started to mess with your head, your fingers brushing against Pest's own clawed hands in idle waiting. It's brief, but it's a calming respite from the running around you usually had to do in the floors. He didn't pull back from the touch for a second, interlocking fingers loosely in case the elevator wished to pull you both apart momentarily.

❤️ - Nicknames and Pest are either gonna go sweet or it's a bit of a lighthearted joke from your part. Joking part is something you might have done around him, or some small little mishap he abbreviated affectionately to you, the sweet part is something he calls you usually with a head tilt away from your beaming face. While he isn't opposed to using things like "love" or "dear", there is also another preference to use things that are personal to him for you, basically the joking ones just more tender.

🪲 - You like to watch Pest tinker around in his den, reconstructing and dismantling various components for machinations you've never seen the plans of. It's actually quite calming to watch his hands work and fiddle with a particularly tricky gear. Not to mention, if you ever wanted to take up the tinkering side of things yourself, you had a pretty good idea of what to do and not do from viewing experience.

🐞 - "うーん、まあそれは面白いね。" You hear the absent minded chattering of your partner, his frame hunched in a position that looked far from comfortable. You could make out the contraption he was messing with vaguely, an assortment of metal bolts with gears thrown haphazardly throughout. Kind of odd looking, you couldn't help but smile in amusement when Pest got a bit excited over the puzzle of it.

💰 - Depending on the mood, Pest might not really be apt to hug you. Of course you do respect his boundaries and all of that, and you also will be completely fine if he wishes to just hold hands, or be in the presence of your company if anything. Now, kisses are on the same boat too as you'd probably would expect, but whenever you do... It feels like a light pinch because of his mandibles. Not a bad feeling honestly, kinda tickles.

🔩 - Nightmares are something Pest would soothe you on, having had some... Less than ideal dreams himself, he knows what the feeling is like. Hand on your back rubbing up and down your spine, his own humming being the only verbal exchange between you both in the darkness. It lulled you back to sleep way quicker than you thought, but the rest was much deserved.

🖤 - Doing some of the floors together is either the funniest time you could ask for, or it's such a hassle with how many teapots they keep on throwing at you both. Still a fun thing to do all around. On the more peaceful side, places like Curse Cove and Bowling Alley is a decent enough floor for you both, just make sure you don't fall from the cove!

❤️ - Pest doesn't really do this often, but yes he can pick you up very easily. Whenever he does though, you're getting carried around for at least a couple minutes as you hear teasing laughter from Pest, his face brightening from both your exaggerated movement, and how fun this is. "めっちゃおかしい。You move around a lot." Pest couldn't help the joke sent your way, your eyes rolling playfully over it. He wasn't the one to be getting crushed over here.

🪲 - Pest cares about you, even if how he shows it isn't as "typical" as someone else might, you don't ever doubt that he doesn't love you greatly. There's a certain type of deep care that he reserves for you that makes him feel at peace with you, his own worries being pushed aside for the moment to let him fall between your arms.
