Scarlett guided Larry through the park, gently grasping his hand. “We’re almost there, honey. Just a couple of minutes are so.” She looked back at him, smiling.
She couldn’t believe this would be the man she’d marry. He was absolutely perfect. From his soft face, to his beautiful smile. If only this marriage weren’t built on lies… if only this truly what happened. Yet, this will be the closest she’ll ever get to having her happily ever after with her picket-fence and a loving husband.
