UNCF Presents Evening of Stars

UNCF definitely brought the stars out to the The Atlanta Civic Center for the taping of the 36th installment of the “Evening of Stars.”
The magical evening that raises money and awareness for minority education will feature stars such as Toni Braxton, Yolanda Adams, Grant Hill, Tamia, Estelle and more.
Grammy Award winning singer TONI BRAXTON joined her son Diezel Ky Braxton—Lewis to present a check for $10,000 on behalf of autism.
As a kid, I’ve always found myself engaged in the show. I can even remember watching the show when it was hosted by soul singer, Lou Rawls.

I really applaud the efforts of the organization in helping to raise funds to allow minorities an opportunity to attend college and further their education. I am proud to say that I personally know several teachers in my school district that benefitted from this program.
