though he’d been apart of the kings for about two years, nothing has changed to make him feel like he isn’t still the new kid of the pack. he know’s theres more to it with the way that he’s still so different from everyone else, but regardless, kiho doesn’t shy away from it. he know’s he’s a bit odd, particular for people to deal with. but all he really wants is to feel useful and welcome, and the kings have easily given him that comfort and he owes all his new confidence and security to them and the least he could do is help out where he can.
before he’d even joined the kings, he knew about iseul, he was terrified of him but impressed with his aggressive and confident nature, so opposite to himself who was anything but. these feelings only grew once he’d joined the kings and everything he had hypothesized about him before was more than true, he was at the top of the tower, a reigning champ in his eyes. the one to watch the one kiho wanted to learn from. he only hoped that he’d take him under his wing but until then, kiho was going to prove his worth to him.
kiho had just finished waxing his car, something he wasn’t asked to do, but did out of respect he had for the other, he washed his hands off with the towel he’d brought with him, bringing his equipment to his own trunk, before entering the king’s bar with intent to bring attention to the unasked favor he’d completed for him, hoping to get into his good graces. he approached iseul hesitantly, fiddling anxiously with his finger tips. “iseul, i mean, -hyungnim, i finished waxing your car just now, i hope you don’t mind. i was just, waxing my own and i figured why not? you know? i’m sure this is something he would like.” he did his best to showcase a smile, though his nerves easily shined through.
