if a blinger wrote "jonghyun is so good looking" in an onew video, y'all would be raging because "ew, an akgae" but annoying MVP's can mention onew in a jjong video, and trash the other members (especially jongtae) all the time to praise onew than y'all find it super funny. disgusting fandom stays disgustingly hypocritical.
You are referring to this post. Being an akgae is ok because all of the boys have their individual careers apart from just being in SHINee. Being a hateful and spiteful akgae, which is the impression you’re giving me right now, is not ok.It becomes problematic when a member is randomly put above another for no reason. If that post had said “onew is better looking than Jonghyun” then I wouldn’t have reblogged it, and I’m sure it wouldn’t have half as many notes. As a shawol that loves all the boys a whole lot, I can appreciate humour that isn’t toxic. You seem to have some kind of issue going on where you see nonexistent privilege among some parts of the fandom. You make it seem like a MVP could get away with murder which is more than a little ridiculous. JongTae are soloists with their own stream of constant praise, so insinuating that they’re underrated isn’t accurate at all. A good shawol is loving. A good akgae doesn’t bash other members. If these are things you don’t see in my fandom, you don’t have to be a part of it.
