I finally entered Owl City’s remix contest... Here’s my entry for Lucid Dream!
Posting this separately instead of reblogging, as these posts are queued.

I’m very bad at updating this blog. ***Blows dust off***
I’m going to be releasing a brand new full-length album called The Heartbreak Paradox this Friday, May 11th. It includes the songs Boston, Set Me Free (Missed Connection), and my collab with @peyton-justine (Hidden in Plain Sight). I’ll be doing a pre-release album stream on TC Campus Connection on Tuesday, May 8th, at 4:00 PM CDT. Apparently, my mom thought Chris Martin's voice at the end of Up&Up was mine... so I guess I sound like Chris Martin of Coldplay!
ICYMI:
New music by yours truly is coming out on Friday, and it’s a collaboration with @peyton-justine! Here’s a preview of the lyric video.
Quick question:
As some of you may know, I released a cover of Owl City’s song Fuzzy Blue Lights off of my debut EP. As you’re probably aware, the quality of that EP (and that cover) is not that good in terms of quality audio. However, I have since remastered my cover to be of a bit better quality. Unlike Rainbows in the Dark, where my previous songs were re-recorded, I simply edited the original recording to make it sound a bit closer to the quality of Rainbows in the Dark.
Should I re-release the remastered cover as a single? I don’t want to A Brighter Escape to become a cover project, but Loudr’s sales reports consistently show that this is my most popular song in terms of streaming. While I can’t make any promises, I should be able to have the single out before the end of the year if there’s enough interest in it. Thoughts?
