Watching the drama while reading the translation on wattpad is so weird. So many of the scenes are basically the same, except that I have to keep switching between “they’re otp” (Zhao Jiangui X Ji Han) and “they’re long lost brothers.” (Zhao Qingfeng and Ji Chuan)

For example, in the beginning when ZQF went to a brothel to learn how to make friends. Why go to a brothel to learn how to be someone’s friend? But in the translation, it’s explained that ZJG went there to learn how to SEDUCE someone. (Which...made a lot more sense.)

Also, the whole thing with A Fu being in love with ZQF? I keep thinking “stop he’s Ji Chuan’s!” But no, ZQF and JC are brothers!
