Aemond who the fuck are you to walk into her room and start making demands? And using her brothers as a way to get her out of her room, but obviously all he cares about is not boys, but his family's reputation. So dragon does concern himself with opinions of sheep after all.

I can't even imagine Aemond's reaction if he found out Rhaenyra is not his child. He would kill both reader and the child. And Aegon of course.

And Aemond stupid question when she plan to get better. He is so cruel, so insensitive, I wonder if he truly knows what he is saying. It's almost like he asked her: hey, you have been grieving, when you plan to end it. Such a prick. She is in terrible state and instead of supporting her all he thinks about is kissing and fucking her because Alys is nowhere to be found and he needs sex right now. Go to whorehouse Aemond and leave your wife to Aegon, you will never make up for hurting her in the past.

I want her to be with Aegon at the end, basically she and their daughter are the only ones who will love him unconditionally, he needs them.

the amount of hate some of you guys have for amk Aemond has me cracking up. I feel like I've done such a great job making him unlikeable despite desperately wanting to actually fuck that man.

I like how you noticed he's probably only paying attention to her because he hasn't heard from Alys. I think a lot of people didn't correlate her ignoring him as the reason why he's so nice to reader now.

He gained respect for her after watching her stick by Maelors side. To him she was this useless, desperate and probably annoying woman. But then he watched her pretend to be Helaena and spent the entire day by his nephews side despite having no obligation to do so. He saw her in a new light, not necessarily a romantic one but more so a respectful one.

She is conveniently there when Alys is not and I think once you have a taste of love and affection it's hard not to seek it out, even with hardened people like Aemond. I don't think he was trying to be manipulative in that moment. He knows how much her brothers mean to her, I mean she married him for her brothers safety.

But the kiss was not right and after it happened Aemond definitely realized he fucked up. He wanted to calm her down and maybe that would have worked on Alys, but not reader.
