My sister texted me last night and wants to (with our other sister) take our mom to Harriet next weekend for her birthday. I have been on the same ADHD medication for years and it’s literally the only way I can function in school and my insurance has always covered it but recently I switched doctors when I moved and she had to write me a new prescription and suddenly my insurance is like I can’t read suddenly I don’t know and CVS was tryna charge me $100+ and I was like ?? So I called my insurance and they were like “you’re out of a particular age range for this so we need your medical provider to justify you needing it” that’s so stupid!!! Adhd doesn’t just go away at a certain age I’m gonna flip out I have finals in like a week!!!
