I’m furious, devastated, & full of thoughts regarding the episode... but I’m also tired, so for now, I’ll just say this.

In the first episode of the eleventh season of a show that inspired women to enter law enforcement & forensics, this is what happened -

The female character who inspired us was: plagued with multiple seizures, involved in a car accident because she was too weak to drive (after she passed out on her office floor), suffocated with a pillow, & violently choked by a man. There wasn’t a single scene in which she wasn’t either in great distress or being physically harmed.

& then, finally, she was revealed to have been medically raped (for the second time) in order to conceive a child.

I’m so disgusted. I’m fucking nauseated.
