Some design notes include:

Blue accent color to match Vhaeraun's blue hair for amusement

The swirls on the mask are representing Vhaeraun's shadows, with his eyes in the center

She controls the noise of her bells. She enjoys jingling loudly to get Vhaeraun's attention.

She's just a little freak, and Haldiira's former romance partner. She's not evil, but their relationship did end badly.

Dancing in the Moonlight

It's finally done. My boys.... ref and fun things I like below the cut

I used this ref from Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake. Featuring a rare pas de deux between two men.

This was a bit of a struggle for me with Tarlyn and Lachrymose as they have a rather significant height difference, and while men CAN go on pointe, unfortunately ballet has very strict gender roles so it's rare that they do. But going on Pointe also changes the leg shapes and angles, so it was a bit of a hassle before I just rotated the angle of the sketch to give me something more interesting and dynamic without worrying about what their feet were doing.

The fun stuff was, I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of coloring. At least a little. Tarlyn's back is just chefs kiss. Also heehee Lachrymose has dark lashes bc he's only half drow, while Tarlyn gets white lashes bc he's full drow.

I doubt this will be the last time I draw them dancing. Drawing ballet in general is a lot of fun to me. And I love my boys soooo much 🥰🥰🥰🥰

It's too hot for me to do my job at work, so I'm sitting in the office. Here have a quick doodle of Phyranna, the Head Priestess of Lachrymose and Tarlyn's temple. I have little on her as a character beyond she's somewhere in her late 400s early 500s, and she really likes Lachrymose and Tarlyn and wants them to succeed under Eilistraee's guidance, despite sometimes making their life more difficult by not just unilaterally deciding to make things easier/better for the men within the temple. (There's a council u see, and it's filled with older former noble women from the Underdark. And tho Eilistraee says something, they aren't sure if she like... means it tho. Y'know?)

Welcome to, "I gave Elendar a new design for his second party."

Details include

-his one gold ring he wears on his left thumb is a gift from Astarion. It is enchanted to be able to cast Sending so they keep in touch while off doing their own thing. (For reference they are together still, but they do not travel together all the time. They like doing their own thing and being their own person. But they still go back to each other when they can. It's romantic in nature but they both refuse to label it.)

- Doesn't dye his hair fully anymore, as it's harder for him to maintain while he's traveling.

-has a new eyebrow piercing for the ✨aesthetic✨

-his green outer layer has a large hood.

-a fun detail is he has a fan laced corset. The fan lacing is purely decorative.

But tada, this is his look when he travels with Haldiira, Lachrymose, and Tarlyn.

It's 5:45 am and I'm thinking about Elendar taking Lachrymose, Tarlyn, and Haldiira (possibly Astarion and Lyra but mm maybe not?) to go back to his home village years after the death of Veldrin, specifically to meet in the sanctuary of House Coborel (former? Unsure if Matron Thalra is there or not) specifically to reach out to Keptolo so they can fight his god.

I think it would be good for them if they fought a god, even as weak as one like Keptolo. Bc it's physical fighting (Keptolo is a lvl 15 fighter as well.) but it's mostly just Elendar and Keptolo hurling insults at each other until one lands enough psychic damage to be painful.

Though, and idk if it's really possible within the actual game of DND but I want it bc this is my world, I think Keptolo definitely uses a glamour spell on Elendar to turn him back into Altonin and tries to worm his way inside his head with a "look how perfect you looked. A darling image of the ideal male held on the Material Plane. Everyone loved you. Lusted after you. That's all you had wanted."

And I think that really gets to Elendar, because he doesn't want to go back to being Altonin. Sure he loves attention. He craves it. And he loves being the object of people's desires, but he cannot go back to being at the whims of others. And I think his friends should help him out.

Yes this is the power of friendship saves the day. Bc I'm a simple man and I love friendship.

Also Lachrymose should go down at least one so Tarlyn can go feral go stupid. 💕💕
