Re-read one of my inspos 4 the AllSupernat AU, "hey i thought this was VAMPIRES SMP where are the vampires" by OrigamiOrchids on AO3, and my brain went: "yk, a fallen angel does fit v!Legs better than a dragon".
So, have a pen doodle of an Angel! Gundo (lore below cut, if you're not afraid of too much text):
I'll start off with the fact that in this universe, the divine are a product of humanity's belief. If enough ppl believe believe there's a Guardian Angel for Conquerors, then there is a Guardian Angel of Conquerors (in fact, have two, as the first one Fell to defiance and rebellion). This is in part why Humans rule the modern world – they have the power to create gods, who's abilities are determined solely by their belief.
Legundo was born of war, violence, conquest. It was the holy power who followed kings and generals and soldiers as they encroached on lands not theirs. They are a patron of winners, of strength and wit. Many a century, it was what humanity needed of him – a soldier.
But unlike humans with their painfully short lifespans, Angels don't die, not until they have lost all their believers or are believed to be dead. So Legundo lived, and learned, and grew. They saw how impermanent Humans are, how flawed their morality is, how fragile are the rules that bind the Holy.
In but a moment of respite in the endless wars Humanity wages on all, Legundo tore off its halo, and Fell. They shall no longer listen to prayers of people as sinful and flawed as all conquerors are. They shall walk amongst the people, all people, and help. And so came to be Dr. Legundo, a person from some backwater village where dreams go to die and people go to disappear, a doctor who helps all expecting nothing in return, and, according to any child he helped, an angelic warrior who helps people fight off diseases (it did let some see its wings).
K, now a bit on the design. Legs has no face, not really, as that is how conquerors see their victims, and how the conquered see their tyrants (aka, many eyes didn't work out how I had hoped). The front part of their crown is a blade, and the crown itself is a nether brick red. It emits blood red fire that takes many in the war. Legs has no armour – their skin is armour, a symbol of a winner's invincibility (?).
They have no limbs besides wings (someone will make the joke that Legs has no legs, I just dunno who yet), but they can summon sharp, skeletal hands for various purposes. Legs' halo (not pictured here) was a circle of thorns around its topmost eye, pierced in a circle by six swords hilts-in.
Its true form is quite huge – if it hovers low enough to touch the ground with the tips of its wings, then Pearl, the tallest in Oakhurst at a lil over 2 meters, would be level with the eye on its chest.
The "skirt" is actually another pair of wings, but those are sharp as blades, so they keep them folded. Legs likes the look of waistcoats, but sadly human fashion doesn't account for angelic anatomy, and customising one is too much hassle.
If asked for pronouns, Legs will say "they/it", as they see the concept of gender nonsensical when applied to themselves. But if you use something different, they won't care.
