Ah thank you so much!!! So trials of purgatory is an old idea I remembered not too long ago, where the protagonist, quite literally, is in Purgatory. I’m Catholic, and so everyone needs to go through Purgatory to enter Heaven and repent for their sins. I’m going to have to do more research for sure outside of my own knowledge, but I believe I’ll want the protag to complete seven trials, one for each mortal sin, before they can ascend :)

hey!! And hmm, I have to say writing because I’m the kind of person to want to post stuff without reviewing lol. So writing is fun when you have a plan or just want to imagine as you go, but it can be extremely frustrating when you’re stuck, as I’m sure every writer knows :,)
i !! had no idea you're catholic !! i kind of am, too ? idk. i don't vibe with God too much, but i really do believe in Santa Maria and Jesus. i still ID as agnostic, but i definitely hold aspects of christianity in my beliefs !
yeah!!!! born and raised Roman Catholic :,) and I totally get that!!! I’m not like ~devout~ or agree with all of the things preached, but I believe the basics and still identify as it! Also ngl I don’t think I was ready for my confirmation when I took it and felt a bit pressured into it but overall I’m not mad I did it you know. But I’m v happy for you that you got to explore your beliefs like that and find what you ID with!! nothing is cookie-cutter so I’m glad you’re also able to partly believe/live by it! :)

one my work ethic! I’m v hard-working and I value it a lot in others; you reap what you sow. I think the only way you’ll be happy and achieve the life you want is through ambition/strength to go find/make it yourself.
two my ability to be friendly/make others feel at ease! I’ve had some people tell me they think I’m the kind of person to make eye-contact with someone ignored in a group so they know someone is listening, and I really enjoy being that person and hope I can continue to do so!
three my morality! I have a very strong sense of right and wrong and I’ve been a tattle-tale or wtv before bc I tell on cheaters, etc. This works hand in hand with my work-ethic bc I don’t like being unfair—I also think it’s terrible for the self to be immoral.
four my sense of aesthetics! idk I just really enjoy beautiful things and it’s kind of relaxing to find/relish in objects/vibes around you you enjoy? Idk if that makes sense, I hope it does
five let’s say my endurance/determination! Mentally and physically I like to believe I’m quite strong, and I romanticize it now but esp as a kid, I love how I constantly was getting hurt/bruised but I just kept getting right back up again! Almost self-assured that way, ig.
