bloodkeep not being long enough to develop character relationships despite the very compelling dynamics and Clear player interest and willingness was such a tragedy. the d20 sidequest format is great and i love the shorter seasons however. brennan make an exception.
i really think bloodkeep could be great for a season 2! the world is still pretty open and i'd rank it like... third on my d20 side quest list below misfits and magic & mice and murder. plus the players would all be people i could see coming back: amy, erika, and ify have all guested pretty regularly on dropout productions (like um, actually or other d20 seasons), rekha & mike are obviously CH people, and then if matt could make the time to come in, i think they could definitely do a season 2!
probably not too likely in the immediate future because i know d20's been trying to expand to new players and new ttrpg systems, but at some point i can totally see them bringing it back of all the sidequests. other than misfits & magic, which i am VERY convinced will get a season 2, that's the one i think is most adaptable for s2.
