I made it to the bus stop then had to go back because this is just something I can't do today

You know that assholes above me are so obnoxious.  They are aware we can hear them breathe but that doesn't stop them from blasting music at two in the morning.  But I comfort  myself in knowing that I may hear them play lots of music and do that irritating big belly guy laugh, but I never hear them get laid, because they aren't and that makes me smile.
