⭐️- how do you get your inspiration?

I think I said this before but I love music, so that’s definitely a first go-to for me. Movies and video games, cinematography, my own experiences and doubts… Anything can spark something in me. But I really love having that one song that starts it all, that gives me a mood to write about and figure it out as I go ;u;

💻- three works of yours that are must reads

Narcissus Gaze (but i guess it involves the series now “put me back together, however you want”)

💊- what is something that you wish you knew before you started writing?

That it’s okay to be afraid, write something even though you think it’s not good enough, and post it. Even if it’s messy and the format is weird, there are typos and there aren’t many hits…. just do it. Go for it. I wish I knew what I know now: write for you first, have fun with yourself and explore your own world. Create your own universe and rules. Don’t delete your works. Interact with people too, comment and say you appreciate people’s work because that might make an amazing friendship. And that you’ll improve with time and should never stop doing it/change something you like because someone online is not pleased by it. So yeah, that’s what I wish I knew in the beginning ;u;

Life can really be a relentless bitch sometimes. That’s why it’s nice to be around here, it’s a nice distraction/get away. Writing and reblogging and interacting is a nice way to be a part of the community so there was a lot of guilt that came with not being around. It’s silly I know, but that’s just how my dumb brain works, lol. 

I’m working hard on getting back in the grove of things and it feels nice to be able to while also knowing when to pace myself. I have ideas and stories dying to be written and shared. My writing isn’t worth much, but I love this part of fandom. Makes me happy getting to share and talk to people about this kind of stuff. Seeing how creative everyone is just blows my mind and it’s fantastic.

It honestly hasn’t been the easiest of time for me these last few months. In between trying to take care of family, a household, friends, and still trying to do the things I love online, I’ve fallen into a depression spiral. Anxiety and self-doubt have been at an all-time high. I’ve been stupid and doing a poor job at taking care of myself. And of course, that’s made things harder. Bouncing back is taking longer than I’d like. 

But, it’ll get better. I’ve always believed that. Working my way towards that. 

Sorry for all this nonsense. It really means a lot to me that you reached out. Thank you. <3
