there’s something off about this specific character proportion-wise but I can’t figure out exactly what :-/
Your proportions are only off by a liiiittle smidge!! And it’s a really good thing that you can see that something’s off, even if you can’t totally put your finger on it; it means that your eye is improving which means that your hand will be close behind it!!
I would say shrink their head down a little bit, and strip your picture down to bare-bones sketch so that you can see the form clearly. The arms are different sizes, and I think that was a big part of your problem. Sometimes you can select arms/hands/legs/feet/eyes and scoot them right next to each other so you can see how they match up. (Although this won’t necessarily help you in instances of forced perspective- for instance, their feet shouldn’t match up here, but it works for the arms in this case!!)
Their pelvis also seemed a little long, so you could shorten that and their torso a little bit. I also lengthened the legs a bit, as they seemed a little short.
Like I said, you’re only off a little! This has a ton of character and I love the colors. Please tag me when you finish it, I wanna see what’s going on in the rest of it ahaha!!
