GCSEs are over. I barely updated this blog. I just about got by. Now it’s time to prepare for the fuckening that is a-levels.

It’s the end of half-term and I still have jet-lag honestly who’s idea was it for me to come back to hong kong in the expanse of a week… so I woke up at 11 again today and I’m still working on my sketchbook ʕ　·ᴥ·ʔ

Today was a good day in art class - I finally found my direction and I have good grasps with ideas in my head. I will do all the linocut preparation in my free time while doing the weaving and more textiles-based stuff at the studio so I can ask my art teacher for help when I need to and not waste any time! (๑ゝڡ◕๑)

My corner’s the messiest it has ever been for the year but there’s nothing I can do to tidy stuff away so I just admire my work haha

Quite happy with the progress in my sketchbook today ( ƅ°ਉ°)ƅ Just did some rough watercolour paintings to investigate colour for my next step in a-level art. Let’s hope everything goes according to plan!

I stayed up last night till 1am to do a maths challenge thing that comes out at 12 wow do I sound nerdy haha ⁽(◍˃̵͈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑)⁽ I think it’s quite funny that I love (and am good at) both art and maths ^^

Anyways, I’m trying to catch up on sketchbook work. It’s so ironic because I did mountains of research on sculptural textiles but I hardly did anything in the week we were given.
