What's a raffle?
A raffle is a gambling competition in which people obtain ticket(s), each of which has the chance of winning a prize. At a set time, a random participant will get their number drawn which determine the winner of the said prize.
How to join?
Must be a member of Oc_Pelago and have an intro done! Also react with to enter! You can also draw a colored fullbody of the character to gain an extra tickets! (You can simplify the complex patterns)

The 15th of October!!
